You are solely responsible for:

myan97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of this Agreement has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. This right extends to situations where myan97 is required to take such action pursuant to applicable compliance obligations.

Upon permanent closure of an Account for cause, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account may be subject to forfeiture if the closure is the direct result of prohibited conduct, fraud, money laundering, or material misrepresentation by the Account holder. myan97 will communicate the reasons for Account closure to the affected player where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure requested in good standing (i.e., no outstanding violations, pending investigations, or unmet wagering commitments on non-sticky bonus funds), any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account balance will be processed for refund to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
